Download RedSn0w 0.9.10b6b To Fix Bugs In Mac OS X 10.5 Or Below

Redsn0w is updated, now you are handed with Redsn0w 0.9.10b6b. The iPhone dev team made this update in order to deal with the bug found by Mac OS X 10.5 or below users during jailbreaking their iOS 5.1 devices.

As for Windows users, do they need to download Redsn0w 0.9.10b6b? No. Because this version is mainly and solely created to fix the issues related Mac OS X. So stay with your existing Redsn0w version. And enjoy your tethered jailbreak!

Like the previous version which is Redsn0w 0.9.10b6, this release has not yet brought support for A5 based devices (iPad 2 and iPhone 4s). It can only be applied to iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPad, and iPod Touch 3G and 4G.

It is reported that Redsn0w fails to put iPhone into DFU mode, albeit it is able to recognize the iOS device correctly.
