In case you have jailbroken your iPhone 4, 3GS, iPad on iOS 5.1.1 using Absinthe, now it's time to grab the fruits of your work. One of which is having Siri functionality to your non-A5 devices.
And today post is going to elaborate the steps you can follow to install SiriPort on iPhone 4, 3G, iPad and iPod Touch to get Siri to the said devices. Why we use SiriPort over Spire, the reason is technically because Spire does not support iOS 5.1.1.
How to install SiriPort to iOS 5.1.1 on iPhone 4, 3GS, iPad, iPod Touch 4G, 3G.
Before going into the steps, make sure to backup your data within your device, as it's reported could potentially causing endless boot loops, that will force you to do a factory reset to your device. Follow the steps below at your own risk.
Step 1: jailbreak your iOS 5.1.1 devices using Absinthe, follow:
1. Untethered Jailbreak iOS 5.1.1 Using Sn0wBreeze 2.9.5.
2. Untethered Jailbreak iOS 5.1.1 With Absinthe 2.0 For Mac.
3. Untethered Jailbreak iOS 5.1.1 Using Absinthe 2.0 For Windows (iPhone 4s, iPhone 4, 3GS,iPad, iPod Touch).
Step 2: Add SiriPort repo, do so by navigating to Cydia >> Manage Tab, and Source, then click on Edit, continue to Add Source, enter the following url:

Step 3: After adding the repo, now use Cydia search tab to search this:

Step 4: SiriPort will be display on the search result page, tap and install it to your iPhone. The file size is about 100MB, a big one, therefore it's recommended you are using Wi-Fi connection.
Step 5: Once SiriPort installed, there is another thing you must do is going into the following URL using Safari:
http://siriport.ru/siriport_ru_original.pem
Step 6: When you are on the url, you need to download the certificate file, email the file to yourself, then open the certificate to install it to your iPhone. Once it's installed, reboot your device.
Step 7: After rebooting, now it's time to say hello to Siri, say "Hi". If the women doesn't respond your Hi, wait for about 5 or 10 minutes, then repeat it again and again until hear heart is melted to respond your Hi. Once she does that, means you have successfully installed SiriPort and get Siri functionality to your iPhone 4, 3GS, iPad, iPod touch 4G and 3G.
That's how install SiriPort on devices older than A5 to get Siri.

It's probably because the site is experiencing over capacity. Therefore keep trying.
what I meant to say is that the site from where the certificate is supposed to be downloaded opens as some kind of notepad, just some text. i do not know how to download and instal it

yeah siri keeps telling try again later. i already downloaded the certificate directly and allowed it to run in the settings. i've reboot it and waited about a day now. anybody have a success story. btw i got ipod 4g ios 5.1.1

to download the file right click it and click on save as. after you do change the file type from htm to pem.

i got the same problem. i completly install Siri but Sari keep telling that "i'm very sorry about this, but i can't take any requests right now. Please try again in a little while."

Yeah ! i got the same problem ! i completly installed Siri, however, i still can't activate. I try to say "Hi Siri" many time already but its responded that "I'm very sorry about this, but i can't take any requests right now, please try again in a little while"
