How To Semi Untethered Jailbreak iOS 5.1 On iPhone 4, 3GS, iPad 1 And iPod touch

Have you updated your iOS to iOS 5.1? If that's so, chances are, you want to jailbreak it. Yes you can, that's a good news. However currently the only available jailbreak type for the said iOS version is semi untethered jailbreak for A4 devices, like iPhone 4, 3GS, iPod touch and iPad 1. How about A5 devices? Sorry, currently there is no possibility to jailbreak your A5 devices on iOS 5.1.

We are going to use the latest version of Redsn0w, which is Redsn0w 0.9.10b6 to semi untethered jailbreak iOS 5.1 on iPhone 3gs, 4, iPad 1 and also iPod touch. And remember, semi untethered jailbreak means that you need to "just boot" tethered each time your iPhone is rebooted or turned off for whatever reason.

Before we begin, this is a highly recommendation words for those who are still using iOS 5.0.1 firmware to not update your firmware to iOS 5.1 if you want to continue enjoying the untethered jailbreak utility or else you will loose everything that makes you smile everyday.
