Download and install HTC One V Android 4.0.3 (ICS) ROM On HTC Desire S or Desire HD
Step 1: Download this flashable file.
Step 2: After it's entirely downloaded than put it in /sdcard folder in your both Desire S or Desire HD, then power down your phone.
Step 3: Do ClockWorkMod Recovery, do so by pressing Volume Up + Power buttons.
Step 4: Now backup your nandroid.
Step 5: Do a factory reset from your device main menu (wipe cache partition and from the advanced menu, opt for wipe Dalvik cache.
Step 6: Now back to the main menu. Then install zip from sdcard> select zip, choose the download .zip file that you have put on your SD card directory from the step 1.
Step 7: After you have flashed your firmware, now it's time to reboot your system.
And that’s it! If all has gone swimmingly, you will have successfully ported the HTC One V’s Ice Cream Sandwich (4.0.3) ROM to your HTC Desire S/HD.
