Download Odin and download download leaked Android 4.0.3 ICS XXKP8 (use this password: samfirmware.com) and then extract the ICS ROM. And put the contents within to your desktop to be easily found.
Step 2: Close Samsung KIES, if it's opened. And open ODIN now.
