Apple Will Release iOS 4.3 This December?

Have you heard the latest rumor about Apple is to release the iOS 4.3 for all iDevices this December? Well, it's just a rumor but MacStories claims they got it from a "reliable source".

But the rumor makes sense, since it could be Apple's strategy against jailbreak and unlock activities. If they update their iOS firmware often, that would effect to new hacks releases being delayed. What do you think?
