Step 1. Visit the Google Docs, then login.
Step 2. Upload your file, by clicking the icon right beside Create icon.

Step 4. On the screen of the Upload Settings, check all boxes to convert the file, including “Convert text from PDF and image files to Google documents”.

Step 5. After the file opened in Google Docs, you can click the menu of the File in GDocs then select "Download as" followed by "Microsoft Word 97-2003 (.doc)" in order to convert the file to a DOC file.
