However those who are S1-based phone is likely will not get the update. Albeit there is no any details from HTC concerning this, but considering Google has put Nexus One out from ICS upgrade instead left it with Gingerbread running for so long, is a clear evidence.

And handsets like HTC Desire, Droid and EVO 4G are of course will be left out from this update as they are under the same basic configuration and considered will not be able to handle to run Android 4.0.
