Will Retina Display Be Added To Next MacBook Pro?

How if Apple brings the retina display functionality to MacBook Pro? That would be great news. However, it's not an official news from Apple, but it comes from Digitimes report, that says Apple is currently planning to launch their new MacBook Pro in the second quarter of next year that is packed with high resolution of 2800 by 1800.

Comparing with the default resolution of the 15-inch Macbook Pro which is 1440 by 900, so if it's Digitimes report is valid, it means Apple will be doubling the pixels per inch in the upcoming MacBook Pro release that leads us to the conclusion that the Cupertino based company will include Retina Display within.

Retina Display In MacBook Pro

DigiTimes gives a fair make sense possibility that the effort is for starting the competition with other notebook manufacturer, like Asustek and Acer that are reported to boast their notebook's a display resolution of 1920 by 1080 in the first half of 2012.

So what do you think guys about the report?
