Your mobile phone cellular signal strength will appear in negative number, the higher the negative number means your signal quality is worse. If you have -97 means it's worse than -75.
You will be presented with a excessive technical information in the field test app report.

This is a standard feature in android os go to settings > about phone > status > signal strength
The dBm is your signal strength
