Sharp ISO3 Android Phone Has 3.5 Inch 960x640 Resolution

Sharp ISO3. Lucky you are probably the fittest two words for Japaneses this time, as the Japan-only Android based smarphoone from Sharp that you see above only available in Japan. This phone has punched the limit of the regular Android's 800x480 screens to the 3.5-inch 960x640 resolution capacitive touchscreen, the size of resolution of this Android phone is similar with the iPhone 4 retina display.

This CDMA-based phone sports 1Ghz Snapdragon processor and a 9.6-megapixel camera which is bigger than Droid Incredible. But it's not really matter since the Incredible has been armed with 8 megapixels.

Again it's unfortunate that the SHARP IS03 for Japan only, but it's understandable, since the features found in this handset are considered standard on many Japanese phones such as a business card reader, an e-wallet and mobile digital TV. ISO3 is using Android 2.1, of course there will be update in the future.

Will ISO3 reach outside Japan eventually, like US perhaps? Considering the lucrative US mobile market, that would be possible, I guess.
