Someone named Dino7, the iH8snow's friend, recently released a Youtube video demonstrating iPhone 3GS running on iOS 4.1 is successfully jailbroken using the Sn0wbreeze, the jailbreaking tool that is fully compatible with Windows.
The man also told told that iH8Snow will launch the tool in the near future, so we just have to wait for the release. And He should be proud because he managed to jailbreak iOS 4.1 using the upcoming version of Sn0wbreeze. And iH8Snow confirmed Dino7's video through tweet:
