Nokia just launched a plugin which will enable Apple's iSync software to work with the Nokia N8. The requirement in order for this to work properly, iSync must use OS X 10.4.9. If you are interested you can download the Nokia N8 plugin from Nokia's site here, then pick on N8 to download the file.
Currently only several Nokia Devices are compatible with Apple iSync, such as the ones listed in carousel in the Nokia site, including Nokia N8, you need to search the Nokia N8 like in the picture below:
And then download and install the Nokia N8 plugin.
