I don't know what was Apple thinking when deciding to make iTunes 10 with the grey look, and erased the color. Color means fresh, to me grey means gloomy, if you feel the same as I do and wanted the color back to adorn iTunes 10 similar like the previous version follow the guide written in the following link (right beneath the image):
